Stephen & Aspasie

Stephen & Aspasie's love story began in the summer of 2021. Polar opposites that were immediately drawn to one another and couldn't be seperated. When French/Gabonese meets American, resulting in the best of both worlds. Despite Aspasie's reserved and quiet nature, Stephen made a lasting impression through his loud, larger than life demeanor. Their first date in the Mosaic District was the beginning of something special. There on out, they began spending time together everyday. They bonded over their love for God, wanting to start a family, coming from large families, and attending friend's events together. From there they took off traveling from Pennsylvania, to Miami, New York, New Jersey, Delaware, Boston, to West Virginia and the adventures began!

 

In July of 2023, Aspasie's mother came to visit, making it a special summer. The traveling plans for NYC began but this would be no ordinary trip. Once in NYC, they made reservations to go on a 100-story high observation deck (heights are Stephen's favorite). The deck was filled with people enjoying the view while standing on a glass floor. Stephen convinced Aspasie to look the other way and when she turned her head, he was on one knee, ring in hand, asking for her to marry him. As the photographer made himself known, the crowd started yelling with joy (So much so that only 1-line from the engagement speech was ever heard). After the tears of joy, photos, and kind words, the celebration continued over dinner and planning for this special day began.

 

From there till now, through the ups and downs, good times and bad, the one thing that remained consistent was Stephen and Aspasie's love and dedication to each other. They are so excited to start this next chapter in their lives and could not think of a better group, surrounded by friends and family, to share it with.
